Our Classes

We teach basic belly dance moves and choreographies using finger cymbals, canes, veils, candles and tambourines.  Our classes are one hour long and cost $10 per class.  Check with teachers for package deals on classes.

Attire:

We recommend workout clothes and bare feet or dance shoes.  Sometimes we wear skirts.

The Alive and Well Studio is located in the Brentwood shopping Center 2740 South Glenstone Suite 105.

Near Men’s Suit Mart.  Through the courtyard under the awning that says 2740 and down the stairs.  Or check aliveandwellstudio.com  

The Willard Recreation Center is located on Z hwy in Willard.  Take 160 NW out of Springfield and turn right at the second light.  It's 2 miles down on the left.
